Therefore, we organize craft and skill training for women as part of our livelihood projects.<\/p><p>\u00a0 In Kahramanmara\u015f, we have two livelihood projects, and one in Hatay, where dozens of women gained skills that allow them to earn income, thereby contributing economically to their families and gaining socialization opportunities.<\/p><p>\u00a0 Following the February 6 earthquakes, psychological first aid activities for women were conducted in craft workshops based on the requests of the beneficiaries. These workshops, conducted by a knitting course instructor and a psychologist, served to aid healing through creativity.<\/p><p>\u00a0 Sefa (Kahramanmara\u015f, Knitting Course Student): \"At first, I was quiet in the knitting group; I kept my distance. I knew a few people in the container city, but I would come to the course, knit, and leave immediately. Over time, I began to feel more comfortable here. We talk about how beneficial the course has been for us. I am very happy that I can express myself and feel at ease in this environment. Moreover, the conversations we have here have taught me a lot about family communication, changes during adolescence, and how to establish healthy communication with a teenager. Since moving to the container, I have been able to communicate better with my teenage daughter.
