DISASTER AND EMERGENCY RELİEF EFFORTS
In times of crises and disasters, we carry out emergency aid and identification activities for groups with high vulnerability levels, especially children, women and disabled individuals.
We carry out social surveys to identify the basic and urgent needs of people in the region where the emergency occurs, such as shelter, nutrition and health. As a result of these examinations, we deliver our services by prioritising vulnerable groups such as orphans, elderly, disabled, newborns and pregnant women.
Education and psychosocial support are basic needs for every child affected by disasters and crises. With education and psychosocial support activities for children and mothers, we aim to help them reconnect with reality after the crisis, make sense of the traumas they have experienced and return to daily life in a healthy and facilitated way.
To date, we have supported thousands of beneficiaries in 7 different countries affected by natural disasters, war, migration and crises.
We operate in the following countries:
•Türkiye
• Syria
• Palestine (Gaza, West Bank, and Jerusalem)
• Lebanon
• Sudan
• Bangladesh
•Yemen
• Afghanistan
• Pakistan
• Tanzania
• Sierra Leone
• Morocco
