Competitions "Our volunteers compete in goodness!"
With the "Goodness Cup" competitions, our volunteers both raise awareness about our children whose rights are at risk and help expand the circle of goodness by conducting campaigns. In this way, we have the opportunity to be a light of hope in the eyes of more and more children every day.
Motivational Activities
In order to strengthen the bond between our volunteers and us, we come together regularly, have a pleasant time together and collect lots of memories. We talk about our dreams of changing the lives of more children and putting a smile on their faces.
We increase our motivation to produce benefit together through volunteer meetings, picnics, camps and various workshops.

Volunteer Trainings and Project Orientations
We organize trainings and project-based orientations to increase the knowledge and skill capacity of our volunteers. We provide trainings in areas such as psychosocial support education approaches and human rights to our volunteers with different interests and abilities.
Project Writing and Development Training
We provide project development and writing training to our volunteers who work with the dream of improving the lives of children. Volunteers who participate in this training are equipped to plan and write projects for children as well as improve their own skills. Volunteers who benefit from the training take an active role in the project team of our association and support us in our goal of leaving a positive impact on children's lives.
Psychological First Aid Training
As we continue our activities in crisis regions, the support we receive from our volunteers enables us to reach more children.
Psychological first aid is defined as the earliest stage of psychosocial services after a disaster-like crisis. By providing psychological first aid trainings to our volunteers, we prepare them to work actively in the field. In this way, we are able to provide more effective and faster support to children in crisis areas.
Social Cohesion Academy
Social cohesion can be defined as the process in which groups living together create a unity in diversity through mutual interaction.
We support our volunteers with different cultures to become "Social Cohesion Ambassadors" through group work, presentations and activities such as the "Social Cohesion Festival". Our volunteers produce projects for the development and spread of social cohesion in society.
