The drawings showcased at the Bologna Festival aim to amplify the voice of Gaza through the pure and powerful perspective of children. This selection brings together works by children of various nationalities drawn in solidarity with Gaza, alongside personal testimonies hand-drawn by Gazan children who arrived in Türkiye after October 7th. Having supported over 300 children in Türkiye through psychosocial programs over the past three years, while also maintaining operations on the ground in Gaza, YEÇED views these artworks not merely as art, but as profound reflections of the heavy emotional burden of growing up under siege. Our goal is to make these children’s experiences visible on this international platform, to keep the memory of Gaza alive, and to invite the global community to share in this humanitarian responsibility.
